Privacy consent
Who we are. Playground Pickleton is the personal information controller for this registration under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect. Names, contact details (email and mobile number), gender, self-declared playing level, club, payment receipts and reference numbers, and IP address and device information.
Why we collect it. Registration; eligibility and payment verification; event operations (draws, schedules, results); and communications about your entry.
Who receives it. Organizer staff and the people who verify payments. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it. Registration data and receipts are deleted 90 days after the event, unless needed to resolve a dispute.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, and you may object to its processing. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Your partner's data. If you register a partner, we will contact them to confirm and sign; if they object we delete their data.
